Do we get 24 hour customer service?
We are available for major portions of most 24 hour periods. Email us and you will get a very quick response, usually within an hour or two. In 90% of the cases within 12 hours and 99% within 24 hours. Always state your problem or question as completely as possible. Try to answer the following questions in your email to assist us in better helping you.
  • What browser and version are you using? (i.e. Internet Explorer 6.0, Firefox, etc)
  • What operating system are you using? (i.e. Windows XP, 2000, ME, 9x, etc)

I am new to the Internet can you help me?
We suggest you get a book, buy some magazines and maybe find a friend or join a club or group of internet users to help you learn your way around. We can't teach you all about the Internet by email, however, If you have a specific question about our site we will do our best to help you out. Learning how to use the Internet is best done by "doing", and doesn't happen overnight.

If you are on AOL, Prodigy, or Compuserve make sure you have the very latest browser versions available. These providers have been slow to embrace new software and historically, have NOT been the best value as service providers for the Internet.

This site requires minimal knowledge to navigate and enjoy. Educate yourself it will be worth it!

How is my Credit Card billed?
This information appears next to the website's transaction on your account billing statement. You should find our name, Paycom.net *PAYCOM.NET*, along with our phone number on your statement. If a customer service representative is asked the nature of the service -- from someone who obviously is the cardholder or has the cardholder information we will not lie for you. If your wife handles the credit card bills and you don't want her finding out you are a Subscriber to an Adult Online Photo magazine, then you had better pay by check, or get your own credit card. We believe customer accessibility is very important and a cryptic billing name all too often confuse and eventually cost the consumer.



What if my card doesn't work?
Paycom accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and JCB. Unless otherwise noted in the list below, approvals and denials are generated by the Processor. The following are common error messages when a credit card cannot be processed:
  • Card Declined at Pre-Auth (generated by Paycom)
    Card rejected; considered high risk based on address verification, usage patterns and history. Make sure that the address you listed corresponds to your billing address with your credit card company. A history of chargebacks and refund requests will result in your card being blocked for many Internet sales.
  • Invalid Fields (generated by Paycom)
    User submitted invalid information or a card number or card type not supported.
  • Exceeded Usage Limits
    Credit card shows excessive usage. Even if you still have credit left on your credit card, you may receive this message if you have used it for multiple Internet transactions in the same day. The same may be approved later.
  • Sale Declined By Credit Card Network
    Sale was rejected by the banking network. Try the card again later; blocks by the network are usually resolved/removed in a day or so.
  • Incorrect address provided
    The address is compared with the one you provided with what your bank has on file. If these do not match, your bank may not accept the charge.
  • Card Declined - Blocked
    Card blocked by processor at either the customer's request or for fraudulent usage, etc.
  • Declined Due to Chargebacks
    Card shows a previous chargeback history. A card with a chargeback history will not be accepted.




My Username and Password don't work!
First check and make sure you still have a connection to the Internet. Sometimes you will disconnect for no real visible reason. Try to access Google.com as a test to see if you are online. Google rarely (maybe never!) goes down.

Our system is case sensitive. You must type in your username and password exactly as you originally typed it on the signup form. If you are unsure of how your username and password appears, you can look this up in the Account Form.

If you entered your Username and Password and got an "Access Denied Page" first check and make sure you entered your Username and Password correctly. Remember Usernames and Passwords are case sensitive. Secondly, it is possible your subscription has been cancelled.

Excessive accesses by different IP addresses in a 1 hour period will automatically result in the temporary closure of the account for the remainder of that period. An account will be automatically closed anytime it is accessed by more than 2 different IP addresses in a 1 hour period. If you feel your account may be being accessed by unauthorized individuals, let us know and we will change your password up on request.

Please be aware that multiple logging on and off, logging on and off, logging on and off, for five times with dynamic IP's can also generate 5 different IP's from the same Internet Service Provider. In any case the account will be available again after the 1 hour counting period is over.

Do I need special computer skills to view this site?
NO!... You need only the most basic of computer skills to enjoy our site. The most important user skill is the ability to read the directions, and to follow them. Our instructions are for now, only in English, and for this we apologize to our Non-English speaking visitors. If you can email us we will try to help you if there is something you don't understand.

Computers require that data be entered exactly and accurately, or it will not function correctly. A minute or two of reading can save hours of frustration. If you are on the Internet and are reading this page you probably have all the computer skills necessary. You should understand how to use your email and have it configured properly in your "Mail Options" of your browser. (you can test it by sending some email to yourself) It is also helpful if you understand how to "COPY" and "PASTE". A good book on your browser, one on your operating system, and one the Internet are recommended to fully enjoy all that the Internet and your system offers.



How long does it take before I can enter after joining?
ONLINE VISA/MC credit card purchases are almost instantaneous. From the time you submit your CORRECTLY filled out form, until entry, is usually no more than a minute or two. Make sure your information (especially email address, street address and zip code) is accurate!



I have WebTv or MSNTV can I view your website?
Streaming video services ARE NOT supported by these services. We are working hard to make our web site more compatible with these services, but at this time we are unable to guarantee our product will work with anything other than a PC. However, news has it that Java applet and ActiveX® support is scheduled to be available in a future automatic online update to WebTV client.
